Moore, 38, is getting ready to welcome her second child with husband Taylor Goldsmith, with whom she already shares 1-year-old son August—and she has her best girlfriends surrounding her to help her celebrate. Duff, 34, was among those in tow for Moore’s poolside baby shower last week, and she shared a series of sweet photos to remember the day by. “Sweet Mandy!” the How I Met Your Father star began the caption in her Instagram post on Wednesday, Sept. 21. “Another boy lucky beyond to call you mama!” Duff was seen posing with Moore in the photos, who was dressed in a floral floor-length gown for the special event. One of the snaps also shows the two actresses and longtime friends embracing in a sweet hug. “Loved celebrating you and the new Goldsmith babe last week with delicious food and good company,” the Disney Channel alum continued in her post. “Your smile is contagious and you were/(kinda always) glowing bright!” The A Walk to Remember star commented on Duff’s post with a sweet message that read, “Love you, Hil! Thanks for being there and being such an incredible example of the mama we all strive to be!! Xoxoxo.” Moore also shared more photos from the day on her own Instagram page, where she explained why her baby shower was “especially significant” the second time around. “I didn’t get to have any in person shower or gathering before Gus arrived (because of Covid) so it was especially significant to be surrounded by some of my very favorite folks to toast this next chapter,” she wrote.
